Pioneer Truck Sales, Inc. is looking for an experienced service advisor to join our team! Pioneer Trucks has been family owned and operated since 1974 with a focus on providing high quality sales and service to our customers. Summary of Position:
As a Service Advisor, you are the first and last face our service customers see. You will create lasting impressions and help to build a loyal customer base by using your knowledge of products and services to interact with our customers.

Responsibilities of the Automotive Service Advisor include:

- Answering of phones and emails in regards to customer service needs

- Schedule and manage incoming service appointments

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient experience with customers

- Oversee the flow of vehicles in and out of our service center

- Advise customers of required and/or recommended service options along with estimated costs associated

- Review all services performed with customers

- Oversee administration of warranty claims

- Ability to answer technical questions in regards to vehicle issues, remedies, warranties, etc.

- Process payments for completed services

- Accurately record repair orders for payments and services completed for accounting purposes

Skills for the job:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Valid Driver's License (No major infractions)

- Two years of related experience in an automotive service advisor position

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

- ASE Certification is a plus

- Organized and pay close attention to details

- You enjoy interacting with people face-to-face

- Have an eagerness to learn and grow

- You can occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

- Can stand for extended periods of time
